Scott Stoltzfus has owned Albie’s for 15 years. Scott grew up interacting closely with his family’s Lancaster County business, Stoltzfus Meats. Through these experiences Scott learned business values at a young age. Two things that he has always been passionate about are people and food. He loves to create ways to bring them together and provide a space for the local community to interact over good food. His vision for Albie’s and the food truck is to always serve delicious food with the best customer service!

When Scott’s not working at the market, he loves traveling, golfing, skiing and spending time with his family.
